What This Website Provides

This site points visitors toward inmate and jail record resources for Madison County, Alabama. It stores no official jail roster, booking record, court file, warrant record, or mugshot database. Alabama public-record access is governed in part by Alabama Code § 36-12-40, with law-enforcement investigative limits reflected in Alabama Code § 12-21-3.1.

We cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, file court documents, change a bond amount, or speak for the Madison County Sheriff's Office, ADOC, VINELink, BOP, ICE, or any other official source.
